Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Study Guide Vault ("we," "us") collects and how we use it. We try to keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Email addresses you voluntarily submit through our signup or contact forms.
• Purchase information (email, order ID, products purchased) sent to us by Stripe when you buy a PDF. We do not see your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment processing.
• Basic, aggregate analytics (page views, country, referrer) once analytics is enabled. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
• Form contents you submit on the Contact page, processed by Formspree on our behalf.

What we do with it

• Deliver the PDF study guide you purchased — either immediately (for Available now products) or when the PDF ships (for Pre-orders).
• Send transactional emails: order confirmation, download link, delivery notification for pre-orders.
• Reply to inquiries you send through Contact.
• Understand which guides are most useful so we know what to write next.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or billing address — only the order ID, the email you used at checkout, and which products you bought. Stripe's privacy policy applies to your payment data.

What we don't do

• Sell your email address to anyone.
• Share your information with publishers, advertisers, or data brokers.
• Use behavioral retargeting or third-party ad pixels.

Affiliate links

Some textbook pages include affiliate links to retailers (e.g., Amazon, AbeBooks). If you purchase through one of those links we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose these placements with visible labels.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from notifications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your information, email [email protected].
